SUNNYSIDE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION AGREEMENT
The clubhouse is
available to HOMEOWNERS ONLY. The following are rates for renting the
Sunnyside Estates Clubhouse for private functions. BONA FIDE SECURITY
GUARDS are mandatory at evening functions after 6:00 p.m. with
guests exceeding 50 people. The maximum number of people allowed per
function is 100. PLEASE REMEMBER, this is YOUR clubhouse;
treat it that way.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
are permitted but there is a separate $150.00 deposit. This deposit, as
well as the normal security deposit, will be refunded within 15 days
provided that all rules have been followed and there is no damage to the
clubhouse or any common area as a result of the function. The homeowner
must also sign a separate indemnification agreement provided by
management. In addition, a guard must be provided whenever alcohol is
served regardless of the time of day, or the number of guests attending.

THE
FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL CLUBHOUSE RENTALS
- The rental of the clubhouse is for
the day specified only. Decorating may not
be done the day before.
- All cleaning must be
completed the day of your function. You may not wait until the next
day regardless of whether there is another function scheduled.
- The hours available for use are
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- All doors to the clubhouse must be
kept closed during your function.
- All carpets must be vacuumed and
floors must be mopped after your function.
- All trash cans must be emptied and
trash must be removed from the clubhouse and taken to the owner's
resident for disposal.
- Remove all decorations - Please do
not use tacks for tape on paint or wallpaper.
- Furniture from the clubhouse is
not permitted to be used outside.
- Clean the kitchen, if used, and
both bathrooms.
- All furniture is to be returned to
its original position.
- Turn off all lights, the air
conditioner/heater, and lock all doors before you leave.
- No inflatable or jumping apparatus
is allowed either inside or outside the clubhouse.
- Do not post signs at the gate
announcing your function. There is a separate telephone for
clubhouse functions. The gate code is 109. Tell your guests
beforehand.
- Inform your guests where guest
parking areas are (maps are available). Have them park there first.
Temporary parking permits are available. Let the manager know when you
leave your deposit how many you will need.
I have read
and I agree to abide by the rules and be bound by this agreement. I
understand that if I or my guests cause any damage or break any of the
aforementioned rules, I may forfeit a portion or all of my security
deposit. If the damage exceeds my deposit, I will be assessed the
balance.
Keys may be picked up
2 days prior to your function unless special exceptions are made with
the Board. All keys must be deposited in the payment drop box located at
the back of the clubhouse at the conclusion of your function. They are
not to be kept overnight. If the keys are lost, stolen, or not returned,
the homeowner will be assessed a minimum of $250.00 for re-keying the
clubhouse.
I agree to, and
accept all requirements and responsibilities stated in this agreement.
